CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can not be canceled after being placed online.

WHAT IF MY ITEM(S) ARE DAMAGED?

Al-Lex checks all items for damages before shipping out.

 

If something slips past us, contact allexshirts@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

 

Damages can only be claimed on UNWORN and UNWASHED items with the tag still attached.

 

Al-Lex can not be held responsible for damages that took place after the item was worn.

SHIPPING

Al-Lex can not be liable for lost or stolen items.

 

Contact your local post office with any issues.

 

Al-Lex is not liable if you enter information incorrectly.

 

If items come back to Al-Lex due to consumer error, consumer will have to pay for the cost of second shipping.

RETURNS

Unworn items with tags still attached may be returned for store credit within two weeks of when the item was purchased.

 

Before sending back an item, please email allexshirts@gmail.com. Include your name, what you are returning and the reason for return.

 

Customer is responsible for paying return shipping, so keep your tracking number!

 

Once the item is received, Al-Lex will provide you with a store credit for the original amount paid. The credit can only be applied to one order; if you do not spend it all at once, you lose the remainder of the credit.

 

Items returned that are not in the original condition will not be accepted. Al-Lex has the right to reject a return.
